Mr. Cherry heads up the Student Information Systems Services section of Beacon Academy.  He processes much of the school’s student data and provides school and student information to the State Charter School Authority. He also provides detailed data and information to the administration that streamlines the decision-making process.  He was formerly the school’s registrar and has worked for Beacon since the school opened in August 2009.

Mr. Cherry earned his Bachelor of Science in History from Northern Arizona University in 2005 and volunteered for a time at the Atomic Testing Museum after moving to Las Vegas. Like the students at Beacon Academy, Mr. Cherry is attending school online pursuing a Master of Educational Technology from Boise State University.
